Diffuse sensors are used to detect the fill levels of containers, determine an object's orientation and detect multiple objects on a conveyor system. They can detect objects up to 100 mm away._x000D_ This sensor has adjustable sensitivity, which makes it a versatile tool. Dual colour LEDs indicate the sensor's status, while a visible red light aids alignment. The sensor is housed in a corrosion-resistant, nickel-plated brass body. In addition to an IP67 rating for water resistance, it has inbuilt short-circuit protection.
