This robust pressure switch from the trusted RS PRO range is made to measure pressures of 0 bar to 10 bar in liquid and gaseous media. It's suitable for use in various industrial applications, like in the medical, aviation, automotive and marine fields._x000D_
The product uses a piezo-resistive strain gauge sensor, which converts pressure into a linearly-proportional analogue electrical signal of between 4 mA and 20 mA. It's enclosed within a stainless steel housing and has an operational temperature range of -20°C to +125°C. There's a 1/4-inch threaded connector to attach to a panel or housing so the sensor comes into contact with the medium._x000D_
Electrical connections to the switch are made using a four-pin M12 connector. The sensor is powered by a DC voltage of between 10 V and 30 V, so it can use a number of different power sources._x000D_
