It consists of three contacts, along with a timer and a thermal overload to prevent it overheating._x000D_ The star-delta has an operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C. You can fit your starter motor with an overload to protect against electrical surges, but this one is supplied without. Select a compatible overload from the RF38 series (for example stock no. 685-1309) to match the full-load current of your motor._x000D_ Star-delta motor starters control winding currents only and are RoHS compliant, meaning they don't include harmful levels of hazardous substances.
